Since 2019, I have been shaping paper into flowers, bringing grace and delicacy to every creation. Petal by petal, a humble material is transformed beneath my hands until it appears almost alive.
Yet my journey towards this craft began long before. For twenty-five years, I worked in the field of international events, within an association where I led numerous European and Euro-Mediterranean projects. Those years taught me the value of excellence, an unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to bring ambitious ideas to fruition. Today, these qualities are woven into every piece I create.
In 2015, I took my first step towards working with paper through training in cardboard furniture making, a craft I still practise from time to time. Since then, paper and cardboard have never really left my hands. Quite naturally, they led me to flowers.
Of all the forms paper can take, the flower became an obvious choice. While fresh flowers inevitably fade, paper flowers endure. They outlive the seasons, preserving memories and emotions through time. This idea lies at the heart of my work: creating pieces where patience, precision and creativity come together to produce beauty that lasts.
I create both life-sized flowers and botanical compositions, faithfully reproducing every petal, vein and stem, as well as large-scale installations capable of transforming an entire space. Every piece is entirely handcrafted in my studio, sheet by sheet, with particular attention to proportion, volume and subtle colour nuances.
Today, I work on a wide variety of projects, including event scenography, window displays, residential and commercial interiors, and bespoke commissions. My background in managing complex projects allows me to approach even the most ambitious commissions with confidence, combining organisation, precision and meticulous craftsmanship.
Every flower is unique, reflecting the story of the person or place it is created to enhance.
Above all, I am an artisan. I believe in thoughtful, honest craftsmanship, where beauty lies not only in the finished piece but also in the care, time and dedication invested in its creation.
